Hello again everyone, another question for my build.
optiplex 3010 mt with a i5-3470, 8g ram, 600w psu, rx 580 and posting a link to my case

so i would really like to get a better cooler then the stock one, i need it to fit the mobo and the case and cpu, but also i'm planning on changing my cpu to the i7-3770 ( i don't know if that matter for the cooler or not ) and i would like it to have rgb and around $50 or less, water or fan i don't think it matters cause my case suppse to have place on top for water cooling.
and need to be quit one as well
