CPU cooler for socket 603/604 Dual Xeon 533fsb

Hello,
I have this old HP XW8000 workstation that I mostly use for streaming media . Recently the cpu fans started making a lot of noise, so I want to change the cpu coolers to something quieter.
It has a dual socket motherboard that carries two xeon 533 fsb cpus and I think supports intel socket 603/604.

It would be great if any of the Gurus here can suggest a solution/product for a quieter cpu.

AFAIK, heatsinks for Intel LGA771 should be compatible with PGA603/604.
I think, something of this will be suitable:
