Cpu core voltage override keeps resetting at 1.200

I wanted to try to OC my 6700k so I watched a tutorial on it was following the steps and everything was going fine until I got to cpu core voltage override setting. I already had it at manual at 1.200 because the default setting was kind of high for stock speeds. So I tried changing it to 1.300 and I hit enter then it changes back to 1.200. Also worth noting in their video the dram voltage had numbers in purple and was auto set by xmp or something and mine is at 1.200 but I dont recall ever changing that setting. Anyhow this is my first time doing this, so what am I doing wrong?

Well eventually I got it to set at 1.300 im still not sure why it kept resetting to 1.200 though.
