CPU crash on Prime95

I'm running a 4690k at 4.5GHz on an MSI PC MATE. I decided to run Prime95 (v26.6) overnight, but when I woke up and went down to the computer, it had rebooted. The question is: how can I see when it rebooted, and should I lower the clock speed? Temps go up into the high 70's as far as I know for the hottest core (on a Hyper 212 EVO).

huh thats wierd cpus only react bad when hit 97-100 degrees not 70s

Probably a unstable overclock. Add voltage or drop 100 MHz and test again. Very common when it comes to unstable overclock
