I need you to send me the link to your...
Your CPU is not degrading. CPUs do not wear out, it will be well past obsolete before you have to worry about degradation.

You have some sort of other system problems, could be a virus or could be any number of other broken things.

How about full system specs, and benchmark some games, or run 3Dmark and link the results here. Download userbenchmark and run that and link as well.

hi
userbenchmark:
UserBenchmarks:
UserBenchmarks:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 - 83.4%
HDD: WD Blue 500GB (2010) - 42.2%
HDD: WD Blue 500GB (2008) - 66%
RAM: Crucial CT51272BA1067.M18F 2x4GB - 43.2%
MBD: Asus Z170-P D3

i cant run 3dmark because it costs 30 $
cant benchmark games because they wont open

tried running multiple scans and nothing seems to work

I need you to send me the link to your results on userbenchmark.

3DMark is free download the demo on steam or go here

https://benchmarks.ul.com/3dmark

Scroll all the way to the bottom download 3dMark Basic Edition. Run Firestrike and TImespy and provide links.

If nothing is starting up for you then please provide screenshots of the errors you get.

Also please provide a detailed list of your components.
