CPU Fan & HDD not spinning up

My hdd and fan aren't spinning up when i start my HP mini, someone suggested that the MOBO is dead but I'm not sure. Otherwise i get a flashing HDD light and a orange wifi LED, keyboard, display and nothing works. Any help is parreciated. thanks

It is, my charging light turns on but when i turn on the computer the power light quickly turns on then off, then the HDD light flashes repetitively, its unlikely because its not an ssd its an hdd 🙁

Few things you can try after the recommendation i7Baby made.
- Try reseating all the cables inside the PC case.
- Try removing any peripherals attached to the PC and power it up.
- Try removing any PCI/PCIe cards and powering up.

If none of these end up resolving your issue and your determined on fixing the current system try replacing the least expensive items first. Usually replacing the power supply or hooking up a spare/borrowed power supply to test is a better approach than straight up buying a new motherboard.

try turn on without battery attached... only from adapter..

try like wise only using battery and not connected to adapter...

Then I'd say you need a new motherboard. Take it to a shop for testing.

unfortunatly i donut have the money to go to a shop to get it repaired, i guess ill just try and get a new laptop... 🙁 thanks tho
