A question,

I had bought a new gamer computer because the previous (not gamers) was slow and was no longer upgradeable.

Now I have everything installed and updated, and see that the CPU FAN runs continuously between 2500RPM - 3000RPM,

I use normal fan of intel,

PC specs:

CPU: intel i5 7600
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: CORSAIR 550 W VS SERIES™
motherboard: ASUS® H110M-R: Micro-ATX, DDR4, LG1151, USB 3.0, SATA 6 GBs

Computer is just new makes noise especially so ..

You can control the CPU fan via Asus AI tuner? or in Bios Settings
as you are using Stock CPU Cooler what are your Temp while gaming

A couple of things to check... 1 - have you checked the CPU temp? if so it should be idleing in the mid 20's to 30 degrees. If it is, go into the bios and check the fan settings. 2 - If not and it is higher, remove the CPU cooler and re-install with TIM (thermal grease). Then check to see if everything is okay.

If you have a ASus suite, you can change the fan profile, but first check temps of the CPU.

I have put on Powersave, silent or turboboost via BIOS and selected silent mode, nothing changes.

The CPU temp is around 35°C - 39°C..
I have checked bios and Everything is correct..

Based on your temps, I would re-seat the CPU cooler again...

I just watched the cpu and noticed that it turns to the left while arrow is on the right, does that matter?

No that does not matter. Those CPU coolers that come with the processor are always difficult to make sure that it is on properly.

Worst thing is, computer is brand new, had it bought from a PC specialist, that noise was not with the previous PC, can it be either by feed or is it effective by cpu?

Thats tough...I am not sure what more that you can do other than re applying the heatsink. The better option would be to get something like the Cooler MAster Hyper 212 Evo which would just be better in terms of cooling espeially over the long term. It is definatly worth calling PC Specialist to ask them what you should do. Have you ever re-applied a CPU cooler before?

I have just looked over your spec and you CPU fan should not be spinning up so fast unless you are gaming or doing some thing CPU intesive. Sorry I cant be more help..If I was there with you, I would have re-seated the CPU fan and/or changed it out for something better..

CPU Cooler I have never placed, ı gonna çall pc specialist, this is for my not normal over about Cooler..

And ı have dont Monet over New Cooler

Hopefully they can fix that, because that is still under reassurance, and computer is not even 1 day old.
