CPU fan rpm

I just notice that my fan speed is running at 55 - 60% however the fan RPM is 8,200 ?? Is it bad for the fan ?

What is the make and model of your CPU cooler? If you're on an aftermarket fan might want to share the make and model of the fan as well. I'm guessing you're on an AMD stock cooler, correct?

...and surely your rig is not a helicopter and the mentioned 8200 RPM is more than doubtful. Where did you read the fan speed and for which cooler/fan pls?

I read it using HWMonitor. For the model I am not sure. I opened the cpu case cause I thought the model of the fan is in there but it seems nah? How would I know the model

There are 2 fans inside a cpu case right? One is the one inside the gpu I think? And the other one is the one that u will first see once u open the case. Are both fans the same?

Seems like its impossible to know the fan with that plain looking fan ? ahhaa. I'm really nervous , Whats the disadvantage of having a fan run at 8k rpm which sounds impossible so what is causing it ?The fan sounds normal tho
