Question "CPU Fan speed detection error" ASUS TUF Gaming z690-plus

Just finished building my new PC, first time installing a AOI cpu system. No matter if I plug my fans into the AOI pump, cpu Fan, or even cpu opt BOIS says the same thing.

Yes I plugged in the 3 pin to both the AOI and the cpu. I also booted the windows and everything works fine, even temperature is decent when playing games, but it puts widows in safe mode.

Edit: CPU and DRAM LED's light up on the motherboard too
