Cpu fan turned off while on pc

I was going onto a game and for some reason my pc cpu fan stopped spinning making it shut down entirely. I tried to find the problem but I have no idea my b350 tomahawk motherboard is on all 4 red lights and I don’t know if it is the motherboard or psu
My specs:
Gtx 980 4gb ddr5
Cpu:ryzen 5 1600
Psu:coolermaster g550m
Ram: Corsair vengeance ddr4
Motherboard:b350 tomahawk msi

Sounds like the CPU fan died, and I mean D E A D. Without a working cpu cooler (aka fan) most systems just won't boot or stop the boot process (as it appears yours does).
Contact AMD customer service and tell them what happened, I am sure they will help you. They helped me a few years back when my fan started to die and they were very quick about it.
We used to have an AMD representative on the forum; if still here join in please.

I just got my pc to work again as the wires were not properly in the graphics card which also mad the cpu fan to start working and booted up. Thanks for your response though as I was about to call AMD about the problem.
