Question CPU fan turns on then off after 5 seconds ?

Hello everyone ,
i face lately a problem with my pc which has the following specs :

Mobo: ASRock Z77 Pro 3
RAM: 8GB Crucial 1600Mhz plus 2GB Micron 1060Mhz - - - 10GB total.
CPU: i7-2600
GPU: GTX 970 4GB

The problem starts while i'm gaming - - the PC suddenly shuts down and when i wanted to restart it, the cpu fan comes on for around 5 seconds then stops.

I thought the problem was my cooler because it didn't mount correclty (the cooler has screws but motherboard doesn't have the holes which supports this type of screws).

So t looked for a new cooler i bought an intel stock , i mount it correctly but the problem still happens.
a lot if videos talk about ram is the main cause of this this problem, i clean it and the slots too but still the problem.
i don't know what will i do?

how hot is the CPU and GPU under load?

I have corsair cx750m
cpu reachs around 48 °C in games
50 C for gpu
when i remove the bateery cmos pcwon't turn at all

check ram by memtest usb autoinstaller

run userbenchmark.com and post the link of the result

check the gpu in a different system
check the PSU with a different system

check hard drives with the manufacturers tool

i test ram in different system , it works, i use another psu with this mobo, it didn"t work, i just bought this asrock z77 pro 3 mobo , i don't know maybe it's the problem idk if i can repair it, it didn't present any physical damage

everthing seems fine idk if i suppose to throw this mobo
