CPU for streaming

I want to start streaming a lot of brand new games and i was wondering would the i5-3570k or amd fx 8350 be better for streaming would the extra cores in the fx 8350 help a lot and could you keep the cost in mind to please

Streaming needs more cores. In this instance the FX-8350 would be better than the i5.

I would recommend one of the E3 Xeons. There are models that are the same price as an i5, but their performance is similar to an i7. That works well for streaming. If you don't want to do that, then I would recommend the FX. The i5 needs Hyperthreading to compete against the FX-8350's sheer core count advantage for streaming.

Yes certainly the Xeon (models with hyperthreading) would be even better. And of course the ultimate streamers are the Haswell Es.
