Hello guys,
I was building the last two days a "self made" pc. I have done an other one in the past so i am a little bit experienced.
However this time i heve encountered an new problem, the cpu gety extremly hot while idling. Hot in means of freaking 90c after just 3 minutes.
My question is: What is causing the heat?
My PC
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600x @ 3.6
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VI
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 1070 GIGABYTE G1 Gaming
PSU: Corsair 650x
RAM: G.Skill 16GB
Cooler: Corsair H110i 280mm (watercooler)
Case: NZXT 340
Before tipps like: "Have you plugged in the pump" occure, i would like to make some things sure.
This pc was never working before.
I have plugged in all fans and all of them are spinning.
They dpin faster(@2600rpm) as soon as the cpu gets over about 60c ( or in other words as son the boot is finished)
I can not heat the pump because of the fans.
I have removed the thermal paste with Kryonaut (12.5 wm/k)
Sorry for my bad english, i am from germany.
