CPU GPU Bottleneck?

So I'm going to buy a MSI GeForce GTX 780 Gaming 3GB PhysX GPU card, but before I do I want to know if my i5 2500k 3.3Ghz processor will bottleneck it? I also was going to buy a Corsair H60 Hydro liquid cooler so I can overclock the cpu to 4.5 GhZ in case the card would bottleneck it, would that help?

it wont bottleneck, but you should get the noctua nh-d15 rather than the h60. the h60 is a bang/buck loser

Honestly, That i5 2500k is still a decent cpu, I think that it will still run fine with it, I mean i own a i5 3570k and most games dont even use over 30% of my cpu's power (even skyrim modded to hell) yours isn't that much better worse than mine at all, so im willing to bet you'll be just fine! And my isnt even over clocked, if you OC yours, it will definetly surpass mine in performance
