Eyo. Changed from Ryzen 5 1600 to a 5600X, and from a RX 570 to a RX 6600 XT. After the change, when I try to boot, the CPU fan spins, but GPU won't. The case seems to have power, but when I try to turn it off on the front, it doesn't let me, just keeps being on, so I resort to turning the PSU off in the back.
I tried:
-Putting in the old GPU
-Starting with one RAM
-Reseating the CPU
-Taking things out and putting them back in
-Seeing if all motherboard pins are in correctly
-Resetting CMOS/Jumpjng the CMOS
Currently I haven't tried using the old CPU, but I will probably resort to that. Wanted to ask here first before doing that.
Specs:
PSU: Coolermaster G750M
Motherboard: GA-320M-S2H
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: RX 6600XT 8GB Asrock

So you lost the boot even with the old GPU and no access to BIOS? Put everything back the way it was and update the BIOS, then go CPU. If all good on WIN boot then use DDU to remove graphics drivers and install the new GPU.

If you have BIOS access now, update it and see if you can boot into WIN. If not put the new GPU aside and figure out the CPU issue. Update us.
