New to pc gamin what cpu do I need to buy for 240hz gaming pc

? What resolution? What games? Do you really have the ability to buy a GPU needed for even 1080 240Hz?

my budget is 1000-1250 including the monitor if I need a little more please let me know I might be able to 1500 or more buts that like in 3 months

This is the part my sleepy brain picked up on. I hate to tell you, but what you want isn't possible. According to Benq's website that monitor is $500. That leaves you with only $700+ to buy everything else. That used to be possible, but GPU prices have spiked and show no sign of coming down. Any card that could hit 240FPS at 1080 is over $1k now. You'll need to spend $2k or more NOT counting the monitor to do what you want.

I have a zowie xl2546k 240hz DyAc+ I’m new to pc what do I need build a pc and my budget is 1250 including monitor but in a month it will be 2200 but I wanna play right now can you tell what should I buy to use full potential of my monitor and what I could buy for 700$ and what I can buy 1700$

How much should I spend on a gaming card and what is a gaming card? And how much were they before the shortage or w.e were they lower in cost and if they were when will Ibe able 2 Buy them for the price they were in

Go to this website and download the MS media creation tool I suggest using a USB 16Gb stick for the installer to be installed on. The media creation tool will ask you pick a media than pick USB.

I would not go looking for a 240 HZ GPU I saw one for 800.00 and up but that is to you. With the pandemic There is a semiconductor shortage ans many electronics are effected including high end GPUs. If you do decide on a different GPU stay with NVIDIA or AMD. make sure the length of the GPU will fix in the case picked.

A 1660 isn't going to hit 240FPS in modern games. As I said above, what you want isn't possible. You need 2080/3080 type cards for that. They should cost around $1k, but they are way more than that.
