cpu jumps to 100% from 50-60% black ops 3.

Before when i played this didnt happen until i reinstalled it and now it jumps around too much to play.

What software are you monitoring with? Also it shouldn't matter having a burst of 100% usage. That just means the CPU is being used.

Im using msi afterburner and task manager. It does matter cause my fps goes from 60 to 30.

Did you reinstall the game?
OS? Drivers?
What resolution are you playing at before and now?
Did you change any hardware?
Did you overclock your video card?
How are you watching afterburner and taskmanger inside the game? Do you have a second monitor or minimizing the game?

This might be a classic case of pebcak.

Brand new install of windows 10 all drivers up to date (also did this on windows 7), 1280x720, no new hardware, im not going to overclock a 470 i dont want to burn my house down and yes i have a second moniter and i have both task manager and msi afterburner open.
