Question CPU LED light on. No display on monitor

Hi, I tried AMD Ryzen master and due to power cut the system was off. When I turned on my PC, Everything was running fine. But there was no display on monitor.
Later I figured out there is a white persistent light near Dram(EZ Debug light). Then I researched the light was representing CPU. I identified that the error was related to the CPU but I don't know to fix
Kindly help. I can't get service professional due to COVID-19!!

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?

I did same issue again
I was working and in between that this happened
automatically monitor went off and ezdebug it showing cpu led
I have msi b450 pro vhd max mobo
ryzen 5 3500
