Today has been the worst. Today I finally got the last piece of the puzzle to upgrade my pc. It was a complete overhaul to get a ryzen 7. I’m currently running a Ryzen 7 7800x3d, two Corsair Vengence 16gb 5600MHz, a MSI 3070ti and a MSI MAG B650 tomahawk Wi-Fi. I’ve checked every cable, checked the cpu pins and fiddled for the past 3 hours and no luck so far. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How are you cooling the processor on your build? While the case/system is on it's side, laid flat, relieve mounting pressure on the CPU's socket until the cooler is making contact with the CPU's IHS but not anchored down and see if you're able to get POST.

Which two slots are the rams populating on the motherboard?

I have a Peerless assassin as my cpu cooler, I have it almost completely loosened as I saw another thread say it could be too much pressure. As for the ram I have both in channel 1, but now looking at the motherboard it says to use channel 2 first, so I’m gonna try that and I’ll let you know how it goes

Thanks for you help, I finally got post, if you wouldn’t have said about the ram I would’ve never moved them to channel two. You’ve got my forever thanks
