Question cpu light on and no display 💔

hi,
i recently bought a new case for my pc and gpu, after i switched all the components over i trurned it on and all was well until i shut it back off again, disconnected power and tried to plug in some led lights, then when i tried to boot it back on again it did a small pulse of power, light on, fans spinning and all normal noises and then half a second later it immediately shut off again, i then took out rhe leds i just put in and it starts but theres no display at all, all the fans are spinning including all the case fans, cpu fans and gpu fans but nothing else, tried reseating ram, in all the slots, gpu in both slots, and with only 1 boot drive installed, when i turn it on it boots every time but the cpu light on my motherboard immediately comes on and stays static red, though none of rhe orher ones that typically turn pn and back off on a normal boot come on at all, any help would be massively appreciated as i cant do rhis by myself and i hope its not expensive because im broke haha, Many thanks!

aorus b450 elite v2 morherboard
nvidea 3060ti gpu,
corsair vengance pro 32gb 3600mhz ram
