Question Cpu load and high temperature

Hi,

I have Intel i7-4790k (I know it's old I'm upgrading soon) when I download a game it go 90% load and yesterday the temperature reached 91°(186F) just for downloading a game and everything is closed , but when I play game like Ac Odyssey all good 73° (163F), I run full norton 360 virus scan all was good , I also did window 10 reset full reset all of my SSd's.

Any solution please?

All cleaned , I didn't redo the thermal paste but why only when downloading ? If I do gaming or anything else I don't have a problem at all
