CPU makes a beep twice on boot

I have purchased a new CPU a week ago and it beeps twice on boot. Why ? Please help...

LOL you are gonna have to give us a tad more info Please list full system specs when posting a question. Also try to elaborate your question like tell us it beeps twise and locks up or it beeps twice and reboots tell us exactly what it is doing.
