Question CPU missing pad?!

Does anyone knows if this is fixable? I still have the pad of solder but i dont know if i m able to scrape a tiny bit of surface on the CPU to be able to see the copper and then solder that pad to it. Any help would be appreciated.

Make and model CPU - specs?

Does the CPU work without the silver pad in place?

Try to discover what that pin is used for>

Could be that the pin is unused.

Look at the socket where that pad goes. If that's the original pad (and there wasn't a pin there), then chances are that pad isn't connected to anything in the socket anyway, as sockets generally either have holes or pins but not both. And there are no pin indents in any of those pads.

Ryzen 5600x, i checked the diagram of pinout and its the MB_DQS_L[3] pin, its a data pin that is used by dual channel ram. I checked every dimm slot and there is DRAM debug light. When i removed the ram and tried CPU only there is CPU light.
