Question CPU/Motherboard overheat - FX8320 and ASUS M5A78L

Hello team,
This is my first post here but i was an active user since ages ago.

Just wanted to comment something that is happening to my desktop pc, which is not very clear.
Since a few weeks ago, i've seen my computer rebooting after an overheat on both CPU and MOTHERBOARD.

Both of them at 80° degrees only running chrome and a 4k video.
I have a doubt whether the issue comes from cpu or motherboard,

is it possible to add a screenshot here?

I have repaste the cpu cooler and put new therman paste as well.

My psu is

Corsair

CX500 — 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified Power Supply

real 500W.

ok try this use hwinfo on sensor page and put load on cpu and check temp voltages and fans speed on this report readings here as a screen picture .

Here is the report running 4 videos at 4k, look at the cpu and ram at 20%, but temperature is over the top.

Time for a new cpu cooler? Hyper 212 is what I have on my 8120. Worked well.

i have changed it a year ago, my doubt is if the motherboard is damaged or is it my cpu.
