CPU only using 1 of its cores?

[URGENT] I recently bought a new computer, i've had it for 3 weeks, I went on a game and was getting terrible framerates. I looked at my task manager and it showed this: prntscr.com/9t6ylu
Anybody know why??

Take a look in your BIOS and make sure that none of the cores are disabled.

Already checked, doesn't seem to be the problem.

In task manager if you go to the CPU graph, right click it and go to Change Graph To. Click on logical cores. Does anything show up?

Few things to check: make sure you have installed your chipset drivers. In msconfig, under the boot option make sure the "number of processors" box is NOT checked.

The logical processors button is dulled out and won't let me select it.

Which game? Some are programmed to use one core, and only 4 GB of RAM (32 bit). Example: Arma 3, Life is Feudal.
