I want to upgrade my cpu and gpu but i dont know what to upgrade first
My CPU is an AMD A4-6300 and my GPU is an AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
All I wish to play is CS:GO with decent settings i have it at high shaders and high texture quality but get around 30-60 fps I also want to play new games like GTA V,Dishonored 2 etc
Im a student and im willing to use all my money for my pc

Solution
since both of your component is pretty old, i suggest u sell them and build a new PC:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fqPJ9W (doesn't include SSD, since it's up to your preference, but do get one if u want faster booting)
the GPU can: play CSGO max@1080p with ~100 fps, GTA V med@1080p with ~60 fps
PSU will hold out even if u upgrade ur GPU to 1080 / upgrade ur CPU to ryzen 7 later on

btw, im a student too, maybe we can play together later on? add my steam if u're interested 😀

If you aren't willing to buy a new PC, you should upgrade both of 'em.

but to be honest, upgrading that CPU with adding a discrete GPU is not really worth it, that series is one of the APU series where AMD puts a pretty good integrated graphic (in their time) to beat intel's HD graphic, so that means it was meant to make people use PC without buying a discrete graphic card, so i won't suggest that to be honest. (also, the build is pretty old already)

but in the end, it's all up to you
