CPU Overheat ?

I want to to overclock my i7-6700K to about 4.7GHz, Is that possible with my Noctua NH-U12P SE2 and if not could you recommend a really good cpu cooler ?

I mean 4.7Ghz is kinda high. I would get a watercooling system for that.
