Hello everyone,
My CPU goes from 55 degrees to 75 as the game is loading and then drops back to normal.
It has only just started doing this though, I can't think of what has changed other than a Windows update and an Nvidia driver installation.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

the game is loading
Include the title to the game and where you sourced the installer for said game from.

75c is not overheating, not even close to it.

The CPU fan is going mental. Do you have any idea why this is happening all of a sudden? Should I be worried?
Stock coolers by Intel for LGA1700 are not only bad, but completely TERRIBLE. I advise you get a newer cooler, like the Thermalright Peerless Assasin 120 SE, or the Deepcool AK620, these CPU coolers support Intel LGA1700 and are perfect for your needs!
