Question CPU overheating randomly

I have a ryzen 5800x and for the past few months it will overheat randomly on startup. I have tried reapplying thermal paste and undervolting the cpu. One day it will overheat to 113 c and after some trial and error will finally stabilize and be good for another few weeks until it happens again. I have the arctic liquid freezer II 240 AIO and the settings in the bios are set to PWM and full speed.

Does it, when it reaches 113c, shut itself off?
If not, the sensor might just be lying to you.
How's your airflow?
