Question CPU partitions size help needed

I am building a new machine. I want a dual boot Windows 10 Pro / Ubuntu 18.04 (soon 20.04) system. I also want a separate partition for downloads and game installs. I intend to game on Windows only.

What partition sizes and file systems do you suggest?
