Hello, i have checked the specs and for every site my PC Specs do not bottleneck or bottleneck slightly, whereas with my PC It severely bottlenekcs e.g.

30% GPU
100% CPU

In fortnite i get an average of 150fps compared to the 200-300 other people with my PC Get, the last two options i have left are either that, my CPU has somethign wrong, it runs at 3.8Ghz so i dont know if that would be it, and Another conclusion is that i could have a CPU Throttle as i am using the Stock Cooler

My Specs are

ASUS TUF B360-M PLUS GAMING
Intel i5 9500f // Intel Stock Cooler
Palit NVIDIA RTX 2060 (Single-Fan)
8GB 2400mHz (OC to 2666mHz) RAM

One does not simply stare at CPU usage and GPU usage figures and decide something needs 'fixed'...

As the 2060 has a decent amount of VRAM, it's usage will be low at 1080P res, as the card is at least capable of 1440P/ultra detail as far as VRAM goes, even if not quite fast enough to play at those settings.

As the 9500F has only 6 threads, it's usage will absolutely be high in many games. Six threads WILL be at/near 100% usage in a large majority of games today. You are not going to 'fix' it, short of maxing out graphic detail to shift some of the load to the GPU. (Even then, you will see 98% usage)

Unless you are stuttering, ...get on with playing. :)

(BY the way, not sure what cooler is on the 9500F, but, the 8400's...

(BY the way, not sure what cooler is on the 9500F, but, the 8400's cooler was known to be marginal enough to allow throttling under gaming loads..which means 100C temps----hardly conducive to max FPS. I'd not expect your B-series board to have the same power budget as unlocked Z390, for instance)

EDIT: BTW...the infamous 'bottleneck calculators' are just short of random worthless number generators.
