Cpu prob,display goes off and fans run at full speed

I boot up my pc,it runs for like 3-4 mins, then suddenly the display goes off,and I think the smps(psu) fans run at full speed.
To check for it,I used my headphone
I was playing some game,the display went off ,but the game of the sound kept coming and after that it also went off,
What to do??,can anyone tell me the solution to this?

try to remove the RAM and reinsert it and see if that happens again since when you have this issue?
was it working properly previosly ?
any changes you made recently?
