Question CPU problem

Need help!
Whenever I play Far Cry 5, my CPU temperature rises to 95-100 C and the CPU usage is constant at 100%. Although my case isn't really hot but I am still worried.....I have set everything to minimum, but still experience this problem.
My specs:
i5-2400
gt1030
8gb ram
Motherboard-ecs h61h2-m2

What cooler are you using? Make sure the case is not dusty and that your cooler is securely mounted. Make sure the fan spins.

Likely your old thermal paste has dried up.
