Question CPU QLED is on at first but turns off after some auto restarts

Hello guys,

My pc actually works fine when it boots successfully, however CPU QLED on Mobo turns on usually every time at start.
Then system automatically gets off and try to start again, this repeats 2 or 3 times. Finally system boots successfully and works without any warning or errors and never shot down while running.

What should I check first? Why it changes after some auto-restarts?

I already tried to boot with 1 RAM and nothing changed. But after this, system boots successfully at first try, then I shot down pc normally and try to start again. Same problem still occurs unfortunately. While removing second RAM I unplugged my pc, so this may be about some PSU problem or static ?

PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus 650W 80+ Gold
CPU: Intel Core i5-11400F
MB: ASUS Prime B560M-A (I never updated BIOS since it supports my system originally)

What BIOS version were on you prior to this issue? You might want to try and take your CPU over, onto a donor system(with a known working motherboard that's compatible with your processor) and see if the issue persists. If it does, then the problem might be a dead CPU.

How old is the PSU?

You forgot to include the make and model of your discrete GPU since the F-suffix processors lack an iGPU.

Update your bios, first. Your pc might support everything, but bug fixes etc are still possibly required, especially memory optimizations.

9/10 times you get reboots like that it's memory issues. Bios tries to post, hits a snag, so changes some of the 'Auto' settings and tries again. And then when you shutdown and boot up, it's starting out with whatever is set as default, and the cycle repeats until it finds something that works.

Bios said update succesfully finished and menu show restart ok? buton. Then it tried to boot but red cpu light turns on. Normally, as I mentioned before, It was trying again and again then finally boots. But now it tried after and after but nothing changed.
