The CPU reach to the 100% when i open more than 1 tab into the Mozilla and chrome and CPU will shutdown after 5-10 min i had check the ram and OS both are working fine i did the google but no luck i had try many suggestion from google but not Working so kindly suggest me why this occurs and how can i fix this issue..?

I had noticed one more thing is that the System Ideal process is uses around 85%-95% and it is fluctuating constantly.

No problem, just wished I had a closer look at your original post more closely the first time. We could have saved you a bunch of time in troubleshooting.

It was a pleasure to help sort out your issue.

P.S. Don't forget to pick a best answer, you never know it could help someone whose searching for the solution to the same problem.
If your computer is shutting down, there is one of two problems. Either your CPU is overheating, or your power supply is failing.

The first is easy to eliminate, and also the most likely. I think you are seeing 100% usage because your CPU is so hot it's throttling causing even a small load to use 100% CPU usage. Do you have a temp monitoring program? If not, one of the simplest is Speccy. There is also HWMonitor. Of course there is Real Temp and Core Temp. Any of these should give you an idea what your temps are.

Let me know what you are seeing for temperatures.

Hello Tom, Please find the below image i am going to upload two image. the first one is when the CPU is in ideal position.

and the below image is after CPU reach to the 100% when i open the 2 YouTube tab and Start some video.

That is your problem, you are severely overheating. You should be idling around whatever your ambient temperature is. So if your room temp is 24°C, then you should be seeing less than 30°C. You are idling at 79°C, your CPU shouldn't ever get this hot when you are fully loaded.

So this is why you are seeing 100% usage when you only have a couple things running, and it also explains why your system is shutting off.

You need to look and make sure you have securely mounted your heatsink. You might want to remove the heatsink and make sure your thermal interface material (TIM) is good. If you do remove the heatsink, you will need to clean the old stuff off of the CPU and heatsink and apply new TIM.

Also make sure your fan is spinning.

What do you have for a HSF (heatsink and fan)? Is it the stock HSF or is it an aftermarket cooler?

Thanks for giving valuable suggestion mate, i had apply the complete thermal paste when i was install my new motherboard on 10Aug2016, so Why it is not working correctly within 20 days .

Did you have the problem right from the start when you assembled this computer (August 10th)? Or did it just start happening?

If it was right from the start, it could be that your heatsink isn't mounted properly. I asked before, what type of heatsink and fan do you have? Is it the stock cooler? If so, these coolers use those stupid pushpins and it's very easy to miss not having them all pushed in correctly. Even if it's an aftermarket cooler, if not mounted properly / securely, it will cause this type of issue.

@techgeek, Thanks for Your great support dear, i had apply the cooler master paste and the problem is fixed.

Thanks a lot once again for giving me the Your valuable Time and Suggestions.
