First of all excuse me for my bad language
here is my system:
asus p8 h77-v
intel 3570k
16gb gskill ram
gtx 970
I have an issue with my cpu frequency.
you know 3570k speed is 3400 mhz and can be boost up to 3799.
but sometimes i see some unusual speed in HWmonitor app.
like 3892MHz 3888 Mhz and sometimes over than 3900
I did not do any overclock and using xmp profile on bios
what is the problem?

Thank you for your Helps

Don't use HWmonitor, it sometimes give false readings. Use HWinfo.
Reset your bios and only enable XMP.

Many Thanks
I installed HWinfo and opened both hwmonitor and hwinfo.
Hwmonitor gave some false readings like 3886 mhz , 3914 Mhz ,...
but in Hwinfo the max clock was 3799.99 Mhz.
thank you for your help.
by the way,
Do you recommend any overclocking for my system?
for example using asus optimal mode in EZ-mode in bios?
