CPU Supracharged help

I have a American Megatrends motherboard. When I boot it it tells me that the temperature of the cpu is too hot, and I need do tap F1.What can I do for this problem do dissapear?

You need to make sure the CPU fan is working! Tap F1, F2, or Del.
