CPU temperature which program is best?

So um the other day I was compressing some files on my sandy bridge 2310 @2.9 GHz and putting it on a load of 69 - 73% load so I decided to check the temperature with AI suite 2 and it showed that my temperature peaked at 69°c but when I opened real temp 3.70 to my horror I found that my Core temps were all 99°c so I wanna ask which one is accurate?

Supposedly Realtemp is specifically designed for Intel CPUs and supposed to be very accurate. I use HWMonitor. Download HWMonitor and try that.
