CPU Upgrade help

Hi all,

I have an old Packard Bell desktop. I want to upgrade the CPU but I don't know what is compatible with the Mobo.

the Mobo is a ecs mcp73vt-pm
CPU : intel celeron dual core E1200 1.60 GHz

How can I Check what is compatible with this mobo? Can i get any cpu which can fit in a LGA775 socket?

You could likely run an E8500 or similar in there which would be a significant performance boost. However, the rest of the system is probably old enough that I would consider a new PC entirely.

Thank you, yeah it's an old Uni PC, its not in use, I thought i'll boost it up and give it to a charity shop. Still works.
I'm Still a I.t noob, do i have to consider FBS? how can I get current info on my mobo? I searched the net but its an old pc so no info on it. I checked ECS but no luck.
