can anyone help me with my CPU choice.

But my system does not post and tried everything so I think my MOB is broken.
I diced to put together a new system but cant decide on the CPU and GPU combo.
I have no flavor for AMD or Intel so that is not the problem.
I need my system for:
So I need to build a budget system that is low on power consumption but can handle the task I need on daily basis, I will use my ATI hd 6650 for now but will upgrade this depending on the new CPU maybe an rx750 but I'm not sure yet.
Can anyone help me narrow the choice down., love to here you feedback

- ATI HD 6650
- Kingston 250 GB SSD
- 42 inch LG 1920X1080 60Hz IPS panel
