[SOLVED] CPU Upgrade Problems with Motherboard Temperature

PLZ HELP !!!!! (((
My motherboard temps get too high I think.
I am using I5-3350p and I am about to upgrade to i7-3770k and i think motherboard can overheat

When cpu is on stress test (Aida 64) motherboard temp named #1 are normal about 60C but when I turn it of, motherboard temp named #1 instantly jumps to 90c and then drops to about 85c and when I run stress test again it again drops to 60c ??? how ??? why ????
I don't have thermal vision camera but i touched all chips, capacitors , Mosfets and they all less that 60c temp .... Anyone know where is this sensor on motherboard ? I want to find it and maybe if it is really overheating put some heat sinks
These temps are safe ? What to do ? Maybe temp sensor is dead ?

I would not rely on third party software for accurate temperature readings. The can give a lot of meaningless readings.

Different temperature reading with my ASUS P8Z68-V LX motherboard.

HWMonitor temps: http://puu.sh/gtood/e3e3981fae.png My bios shows on startup that my mb is at 22C and HWMonitor that its around 80s. Can someone tell me why this is happening? I would love feedback.

Motherboard temperature sensor works upside down.

HIGH CPU TEMP = LOW Motherboard TEMP

MID CPU TEMP = MID Motherboard TEMP

LOW CPU TEMP = HIGH Motherboard TEMP
