Question cpu upgrade support

i am hoping to upgrade my AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor to a Intel Core i5 10600K 10th Gen Comet Lake 6 Core Processor
but i am having difficulty in understanding the chipset on the cpu i want to buy to see if its compatable with my motherboard which is a msi 970 GAMING

You will need a new LGA1700 motherboard and DDR4 or DDR5 ram. Different brand, socket, many years difference.
