[SOLVED] CPU upgrade

I currently have a Asus H 170 Pro motherboard and a I 5 6600 processor. I'm considering replacing the CPU with a I7 7700K. Is this a worthwhile upgrade? I do 1080p at 144 gaming and have a 1070 Video card. The board will take it with a Bios update.

Check out MSI Afterburner https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner. Use it to monitor your CPU and GPU usage. What are these both at (%)? Knowing this will help to know whether the upgrade is worthwhile.

I7 6700k is better just to avoid any problems with your mobo ,deffernce between I7 6700k and i7 7700k is like 5%
