Question cpu usage 100% until i open task manager

hello, ive noticed an issue where my 3700x is reporting back a full load on coretemp until i open task manager after which it drops down to normal and continues as normal until the computer restarts. my motherboard is an x470 gaming plus my gpu is a msi rtx 2060 andf i have 2x 8b teamforce ram 3200mhz. i have tried updating to the latest bios but that hasnt helped. any thoughts?

update: i ran the free one time eset scan and it found 2 coinminers it seems to have fixed the problem. im assuming the coin miners would just stop runnning once task manager was opened. will update the post if the problem returns.
