Hello everyone,

I'm having some random fps drops during my gameplays of AC Origins. I've taken the time to analyse MSI Afterburner and I could see that the CPU was causing the issue.

The CPU suddenly goes to 100% usage even though V-sync is enabled to 60fps. This is causing fps to take some hits, making the game stutter from time to time.

Image of MSI Afterburner below, with cpu usage sky rocketing. I've posted my task manager as well, to show what applications are taking resources from the system.

The laptop specs are:
RTX 3060
Ryzen 7 5800H
16GB of RAM 3200MHz

I've updated to the new BIOS and every driver of the CPU and GPU, and I can't understand what's causing these annoying stutters.

Can someone please help me solve this problem? It would be much appreciated.

Download HWinfo64 and then turn on thermal throttling due to HTC on in the On screen display(OSD) of RTSS and then check whether it says yes when you get fps drops.
