CPU Value in BIOS and can't change Vcore settings

Basically I've recently unlocked the extra two cores on my Phenom II 960T and then overclocked from 3.4Ghz to 3.7Ghz, one issues, I can't change my Vcore settings in the BIOS as it's greyed out and another thing I noticed a setting which said "CPU Value (all cores)" It was set at -2% and I personally have no clue, I looked it up and no avail so I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. Just to help my board is a Gigabyte GA-770T-D3L running the F4 BIOS (latest)

You can try reinstalling the bios.

Is the vcore greyed out when you only have 4 cores enabled? If not, then you might not be able to change vcore with 6 cores enabled.

I will check in a moment for for a quick question, what is more important for gaming, more cores or higher clock speed? I also render videos for YouTube.

I checked it, It's still greyed out when only 4 cores are active so I have no idea.

For gaming, it depends on the game; most do better with 4 cores and higher clocks. For rendering videos, I would imagine cores would matter more.

Did you try reinstalling/updating the bios (get the latest stable one)?

Tried reinstalling, still nothing, also I've checked all the settings and nothing affects it, I can change pretty much everything else like multipliers, voltages and FSB frequency. I'm pretty stumped to what's wrong, I've seen people with Intel chips and the same BIOS be able to so maybe it could be an AMD thing?
