Hi I have a cpu over clocking popping I put a new cpu fan cooler in like 2 weeks ago. I boot it sends me right into bio what could be the reason for this issue?

There are thousands different combinations and PC types, there's not only one that you have. List your parts.

I have a cpu over voltage error taking me in to bios what do I do I installed a new cpu fan a couple of weeks ago I have a Ryzen 5 2600 Rx 5700 xt with deep cool gammax get v2 cpu fan

make sure you are on the latest BIOS version.
after updating if necessary, choose to Load Optimized Defaults.
