[SOLVED] CPU vs GPU value on low settings?

In benchmark videos they always use like single player games on max graphics. What would provide more fps for example out of i7 3700x and 2060 super vs i7 3600x 2070 super on CSGO all low settings. Most games I play are multiplayer esports titles that are always cpu bounded. I wanted to know what kind of cpu gpu setup is best optimized for that kind of use since I never see reviews from that perspective.

I think the 2070super/3600x would give you higher. I think this because i dont think the 3600x will bottlneck the 2070 super

Interesting I wasn't expecting that. You don't think the cpu would be the bottleneck in such a case
