CPUZ and HWMonitor and HWiNFO showing different Vcore

CPU-Z shows Vcore of 1.2v under load and HWMonitor and HWiNFO show a whopping 1.9v Vcore. Which one is the actual one? On idle temps are maximum 35C and on load - 60C

Obviously CPU-Z is correct because 1.9V would be more like instant overheat and likely a catastrophic failure of the CPU.
