So.. I've been thinking about upgrading this limited computer: Keep in mind that IT IS AN OEM Computer:

OEM SITE:

E5300 cpu Socket 775
MS-7525 (Boston)
4 gb DDR2 @ 800 MHz
g33 integrated GPU (what I want to upgrade)
500 gb HDD
220 watts psu(replacement will be down here)

So, I have found this PSU that will fit this SLIMLINE PC. I have found out that it is a tfx form factor psu:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151114

And this GPU:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150682

So at max, by budget is 70-ish for the PSU
100-120 for the GPU.

The GPU AND THE PSU requirements:
PSU:
TFX
at least 350 watts of power
A good PSU

GPU:
Low Profile/Low Profile Ready
a decent one that can play.. say bf4 at med-high at more that 30 fps on a 1600 x 900 LED monitor(HP 2009m)(little bit hard to ask but the one above CAN do that...

Please help and sorry for the bad formatting.

It does but there are two brackets that look exactly the same but have different cutouts for the ports... Any help on finding a cheaper PSU?

Also, my pc has a lot of open slots on the back so I don't think it matters... Also, my pc can support a processor upgrade, but I have no idea which will be better, and have more threads/cores.
Socket type: 775

Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
CURRENTLY A E5300
Core 2 Duo E7xxx (Wolfdale-M)
Core 2 Duo E4x00 (Conroe)
Pentium E2xxx series (Conroe)
Celeron Dual Core E1xx0 series (Conroe)
Celeron 4xx series (Conroe)

It is not coming up as a low profile card. MY PC IS SLIMLINE
